All claims should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product, after 24 hours to Lwflowers.com will assume that all products were acceptable by the customer any claims made after this will NOT be processed.
Lwflowers.com is a grower-direct wholesale distributor dedicated to delivering only the freshest and highest quality cut flowers to our customers. We work closely with a select network of growers and cargo agencies in the United States who share our same commitment to the freshest quality grower direct wholesale flowers. Thanks to our strategic alliance with FedEx, we can safely deliver the finest fresh cut floral products to our clients overnight! That is 7 to 10 days faster than traditional distribution methods!
Lwflowers.com ships only the finest in grower-direct fresh cut flowers, seeds, and plants. Orders are individually processed and hand-packed from the grower. At no point are our flowers warehoused or just sitting in coolers! Our customers should expect only the highest quality fresh cut flowers and first class service with every order.
We highly recommend our customers be present at the time of delivery. A signature requirement may or may not be required at the time the flowers are delivered. Lwflowers.com will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages, damage to the products as a result of being left in inclement weather, freezing temperatures, etc..., damage to products as a result of prolonged travel times caused by the customer not being present, FedEx delays, delays as a result of Customs and Agricultural inspections, or acts of God.
Please remember that fresh flowers are highly perishable, delicate, and time-sensitive products which require a very different set of conditions than other goods.
We are not responsible if flowers have not been properly rehydrated or prepared correctly after delivery
Order Placement:
Due to the grower-direct nature of our wholesale floral program we do require that all orders try to be placed at least 14 days prior to your desired delivery date. We do buy flowers on the open market everyday and can place last minute orders, but this is not our preferred method. If our customers need a last minute order shipped that day we will do our best to fill it. Orders can be placed up to 60 days in advance.
Changes to an Order:
If you wish to change your order you must do so at least 10 days prior to your desired delivery date. We may not be able to process changes to your order without 10 days notice.
Order Cancellations:
All cancelled orders will be assessed a $15.00 processing fee. If you wish to cancel your order you must do so at least 7 days prior to your desired delivery date. Requests to cancel orders less than 7 days will not be accepted and the order will be delivered as scheduled.
Claims:
Claims regarding flower quality must be reported to Lwflowers.com within 24 hours of receipt of product. Claims made after 24 hours of receipt of product will not be accepted. We will ask for your assistance with pictures, date and time of delivery, fed ex tracking number, and possibly the return of the products to process your claim. Please know that all claims are handled on a case by case, customer by customer basis.
Lwflowers.com will not be responsible for products mishandled by customers. Due to the grower-direct nature of our wholesale floral program, flower care instructions are not included in each package. It is the customer's responsibility to know how to properly care for the products they are ordering.
We are not responsible if flowers have not been properly rehydrated or prepared correctly after delivery.
We are not responsible if you mishandle the flowers. It is the customer responsibility to know how to handle the flowers they order. Never use walk in coolers, freezers or home refrigerators as these are not suited to fresh flower storage and can damage your flowers.
Missing Flowers:
In the event that part of your order is missing, Lwflowers.com will check with the flower farms to verify the packing of your box. If there is a discrepancy, Lwflowers.com will ship out new product or credit the customer the value of the missing flowers per the pricing on the order. Lwflowers.com will not be responsible for replacing missing items from your local floral suppliers.

** If you have ever signed a door tag by FedEx authorizing them to leave a package, all future packages will be delivered without a signature requirement. Some of the flower farms that we work with do require packages to be delivered with a signature release.
We make every effort to provide the exact flower you order. If in the rare event that high demand, crop failures or poor weather conditions prevent the availability of an exact flower, we may substitute other similar flower varieties.
